Simple phone consultations are free. For detailed party planning assistance, please ask for a quote. After you confirm your booking, we will email you a customized confirmation form, along with a helpful Party Prep/Shopping List.
For events booked three months or more in advance, a $50. deposit per booked staff member is required at time of booking. For major holidays, the deposit is $100. The deposit will be applied towards payment on the day of your event. If you cancel your event, this deposit can be used for your future booking.
Our non-holiday fee is $35. per hour. (Please call Wilma Hutton at 908.996.3513 for holiday rates.) Our rates are per staff member with a four-hour minimum. Of course, we can stay as long as you need us. For an event that runs past 1 a.m., there will be a surcharge of $17.50 per hour per staff member. This surcharge will not apply to New Year's Eve parties.
For bookings with a rain date when a staff member must hold two Saturdays open for one booking, the non-holiday rate is $45. per hour. When a staff member must hold Saturday and Sunday of the same weekend in June and July, the same non-holiday rate applies.
Super Chef rate: For parties with 25 guests or less that require a Griller for simple grilling of burgers/dogs, your Super Chef also doubles as a server/kitchen help. One person will handle it all for $45. per hour with a four-hour minimum. (For summer holiday weekends, the rate is $50. per hour.)
And if you're having more than 25 guests & only need someone to grill, the Griller rate is $45. per hour with a four-hour minimum (for summer holiday weekends, the rate is $50. per hour). Of course, when they're not busy grilling, they will help with food/cleanup.
Quality service is customarily acknowledged with a 20% gratuity.
Payment is made by cash or check directly to each staff member at the end of your event. Do not make checks payable to The Super Servers.
